My interests focuses on how academics develop as teachers, and how they learn to reflect their teaching. So I'm very interested in to explore how reflection and consciousness are related. I'm concerned on how a person becomes aware of own motives and is able to evaluate them, is able to distance oneself from own actions, motives and emotion and to reflect and learn to understand oneself. These ideas of reflection as a teacher are related to mindfulness and consciousness as becoming aware of oneself.
